I, Michael J. Lindell, Inventor, Manufacturer and President of MyPillow, Inc. guarantee that you will love MyPillow® or YOUR MONEY BACK!  MyPillow, Inc. will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs) for any reason within the first 60 days (30 days for the mattress toppers) from the date you receive your original order. This refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your returned product. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We regret that we cannot accept "bill recipient" packages.  Note: Pet Pillow products do not have this guarantee - pet pillow sales are final.

Plus, there is a 10-year limited warranty (3-year limited warranty for mattress toppers and 5-year limited warranty for pet pillows) on any workmanship and/or material defects. We use permacore thread and generous seam allowance to assure your pillow will withstand years of sleep and hundreds of wash/dry cycles. Washing and drying the pillow at least every 4 months revitalizes the foam so you get the quality sleep you deserve.

Hello Michael and to whom it may concern,

In September I purchased two of your pillows at the Puyallup Fair in Washington State. I wanted to get the thin one but the sales staff assured me that the medium would be best for my wife and I, I told them I like sleeping on a thin pillow but I will try it. I tried this for one week and could not sleep sound, my neck also hurt when I awoke and I was unable to use it any more.
